💨 How do you ship your products?
US orders are shipped via USPS and arrive within 5-8 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options for 1-2 business days delivery.
International orders are shipped through our international shipping partners.
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing on all orders.
Our shipments do not require a signature upon delivery. Depending on your courier, your package may be placed in your mailbox, at your doorstep, or wherever mail is normally delivered to your address. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms successful delivery. Please email hola@weargloris.com if you require a signature for delivery.
💌 Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! Gloris ships internationally to Canada, UK, and Europe. If you live in a country that is not listed and want to see Gloris available there, please let us know at hola@weargloris.com.
We are pleased to share that all international orders are shipped delivery duties paid (DDP). Customs, duties and taxes are calculated and included at checkout for a seamless order delivery.
For International Returns, please visit Returns Center. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, as well as any duties, import taxes, and customs fees related to the return.
❤️ What is your return policy?

You may request a return for items that are in new condition—unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging—within 30 days of your order's fulfillment date.
All return requests are subject to review and approval. If your return is approved, you may ship the item back using the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a tracked service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be credited back to your original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow for 5-7 business days to be reflected on your statement.
If items are returned in an unacceptable condition, a refund will not be issued and the item/s can be shipped back to you at your expense.
For international returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any duties/import taxes.
💳 When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed, and then up to 7 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We will send you an email when your refund has been processed.
